This company rents out units and take advantage of poor people in low income neighborhoods. I moved into a house covered in flies and garbage and was told "they don't promise perfection" and that they're were "Sorry it wasn't what I hoped for" I had seen the until in this state 3 months prior to moving them and alerted it to their attention twice. They took 2 months to take care of repairing the oven and fridge and then finally tried to make me pay for it. Then tore up my lease and said don't worry "we wont evict you if everything stays calm." I am disgusted with dylan Diersen and his lack of moral fiber or any sense of honor. Do not work with this company. You will get screwed over.

To start, I never expected to go with a realtor outside of the one I'd met years before he became one. Aaron just kind of fell in our lap thanks to a friend, and I'm so glad he did. He was professional, honest, communicative, and respectful. He never tried to sell us on any BS house just to get a quick payday. He earnestly cared and listened to our wants and needs, and was so patient with us as first time homeowners. I've already recommended him to some of my close friends because I know he'll do what's right for each individual situation. We required a lot of waiting but he was there every step of the way. My wife and I approached Aaron Sensenig and his team to buy our first home. We noticed that unlike other realtors Aaron was was highly knowledgeable across many facets of home buying - mechanicals of the house, structural integrity, any soft spots where pests or water could enter, the offer and negotiation process, as well as his flat out hustle. Multiple times I was able to get eyes on a home while I was out of town or on duty because of Aaron going to see it and give an honest assessment.

My wife and I found a home we love and again Aaron pointed out value add potential with making a bedroom in one corner of the home, adding a bathroom in another area that we otherwise would’ve overlooked.

If you’re looking for a realtor use Aaron, you’re choosing a hustler with knowledge and ethics who simply presents facts about a house.
