April '26 Real Estate Market Update

The market is booming. Most of the things going on in the world are not affecting us in northeast Wisconsin. Which is good!

As the spring market is upon us we are seeing significantly more listings come available. The interesting thing is that we are not seeing as many multiple offers. We are also seeing homes sitting a bit longer on the market. About 6% longer which is significant and healthy. A healthy market has our days on the market around 80-90 days.

The fuel prices are keeping people a little stationary at the moment. We are also seeing the interest rates holding steady due to the Iran conflict. This is different from the industry predictions of slight decrease over 2026.
