July '26 Real Estate Update
Good morning!
We ended in the top 3 finalists for the Best of The Valley awards for the Best Real Estate Company. Thank you to those that voted.
The season has been a unique one in real estate. What we are seeing in our area are sellers holding off to buy due to interest rates and low inventory.
This is causing the buyers to pause as well as due to lack of inventory. The other item slowing the market right now is the fact that rent has caught up to monthly mortgage payments. So imagine if you will, being a buyer and comparing your renting options to buying options? Would you want to compete?
That all being said, homes are selling quickly and buyers are getting accepted offers. The many factors in the market are causing unique negotiating situations.
If you are thinking of buying or selling, reach out. We look forward to helping you!
